CHESTER: Mrs. Nelle Fowler Hachey, 80, of 108 Nella Street, died Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at Chester Regional Medical Center. The funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the First Church ofthe Nazarene with Reverend John Porter officiating. Interment will be at Chester Memorial Gardens. Born August 12, 1928 in Union, SC, Mrs. Hachey was the daughter of the late John Wesley Fowler and Hester Bridges Fowler.She attended Mt. Zion Institution in Winnsboro, SC and was formerly employed with Bordens Inc as a label machine tender.She was a member of the First Church of The Nazarene and the widow of Marius Bernard Joseph Hachey. She is survived by two sons, James Fowler and his wife Renee of Kings Mountain, NC and Joey Hachey, Jr. and his wife Shirley of Gastonia and one granddaughter, Kristie Foley of Davidson, NC The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 at the First Church of the Nazarene, 182 Pinckney Street, Chester.
