Chester Mrs. Nancy Katherine Cunningham VanDyke, 84, died Tuesday, March 31, 2020, at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill.All services will be private.A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mrs. VanDyke was born February 21, 1936 in Richlands, Virginia and was a daughter of the late Dr. Isaac W. Cunningham and Thelma Buford Barrett Cunningham.She was a graduate of Richlands High School in Richland, VA, attended Longwood College in Farmville, VA and later graduated from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.She retired from the State of SC as a registered nurse having worked through the Chester County Health Department.Mrs. VanDyke was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. She is survived by one son, Thomas Franklin VanDyke (Alison) of Fort Mill, SC; one brother, Jack Cunningham (Olena) of Richlands, VA; and several nieces and nephews.Mrs. VanDyke was preceded in death by three brothers, Bill Cunningham, Jim Cunningham and Bob Cunningham.
