Nancy Carol Catoe Hefner

Fort Lawn Mrs. Nancy Carol Catoe Hefner, 77, died Friday, December 31, 2021, at her home.All services will be private. Mrs. Hefner was born February 2, 1944 in Lancaster County, SC and was a daughter of the late Grover Cleveland Catoe and Thelma Evelyn Robinson Catoe.She attended the schools of Lancaster County and was formerly employed with Springs Industries Eureka Plant.Nancy loved trips to the beach, dancing and shagging and spending time with her family. She is survived by two daughters, Carmen H. Mabry of Myrtle Beach and Leslie Slaton (Bill) of Rock Hill; three grandchildren, Ashley Christene Carl of Chester, Ben Hefner of Fort Lawn and Nicklus Ryan Slaton of Rock Hill; two great grandchildren, Taylor Marie Freeman of Indian Land and Zoey Elizabeth Hefner of Chester; one brother, Otis Catoe of Lancaster; one sister, Linda Anderson of Kershaw; and numerous nieces and nephews.Mrs. Hefner was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Edward Hefner and a daughter, Melissa Louise Hefner.
