Charlotte, NC: Mildred Ellen Trull Braswell Holley, 95, died December 26, 2012 at Golden Living Center-Dartmouth, Charlotte, NC. A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, December 30, 2012 at Lakeland Memorial Park, Monroe, NC with Reverend Steve Bishop officiating.The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside. Mrs. Holley was born on March 27, 1917 in Monroe, NC and was the daughter of the late Cheatham S. Trull and Ethel Helms Trull. She was a graduate of Beaton Heights High School in Monroe, NC and a member of First Baptist Church, Chester, SC where she was a member of the Sallie Bagby Sunday School class. She was twice married, first to Heston Price Braswell and later to Donnie D.”Buck” Holley. Mildred and Buck, a retired businessman having owned and operated Bucks Jewelry and Watch Shop, loved to garden and travel. Mildred was a loving mother and grandmother and a retired sales consultant with Dupont. Mrs. Holley is survived by a grandson, Michael Christopher Nanin of Charlotte, NC; a granddaughter, Kathryn Anderson Stieneker and her husband Steven of Denver, CO; two step-granddaughters, Kelly Webb of Mt. Holly, NC and Tracy DelGuidice of Huntersville, NC; eight great grandchildren; a sister, Maxine T. Starnes of Monroe, NC; daughter-in-law, Linda K. Braswell of Charlotte, NC and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Joe Neal Trull, J.C. Trull and Wayne Trull and two sisters, Doris Curlee and Kathlen Helms.
