Mrs. Mildred Sanders Hyatt Graves, 90, died Sunday, September 11, 2011 at Springs Memorial Hospital in Lancaster, SC.A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Richard Harrison and Rev. Woody Oliver officiating.The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the Harmony Room of Harmony Baptist Church. Mrs. Graves was a daughter of the late James Albert and Sarena Long Sanders and the widow of John Wiliam ?Jake? Hyatt.She was a graduate of Edgemoor School and a retired Postmaster of Lando Post Office.She was a member of Lando Baptist Church where she was a choir member and Sunday School Teacher.Mrs. Graves will be remembered for her sweet and gentle spirit. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Hyatt Miller and her husband Richard of Edgemoor; one granddaughter, Mary Katherine Bailey and her husband Doug of Dale, TX and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her siblings Minnie Allen, Clyde Sanders, Juliet Caudle, Howard Sanders and Lois Ferguson.
