Richburg, SC Mr. Michael Alan “Mike” Stevenson, 29, died Monday, June 3, 2019. A memorial service will be 2:30 P.M. Thursday, June 6, 2019 at Barron Funeral Home with Reverend Kenneth Compton officiating.The interment will be private.The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:30 PM Thursday at Barron Funeral Home. Mike was born January 23, 1990 in Chester, SC.He was a graduate of Chester High School and attended USC-Lancaster and York Tech and was formerly employed with Sun Fiber.He attended Tabernacle Ministries.He was a former member of the Chester High School Baseball Team and was an avid skateboarder.He loved music and enjoyed having a good time. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Sherrie Robinson and Dave Watson of Fort Mill, SC; father & step-mother, Terry Stevenson and Betty Dover of Richburg, SC; two sisters, Megan McWatters and her husband David of Chester, SC and Blakelyn Nichols of Fort Mill, SC; maternal grandparents, Bobby and Janice Compton of Chester, SC; step-grandparents, Mark and Charlene Killian of Concord, NC; step-grandfather, Dave Watson, Sr. of Buffalo, NY and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.He was preceded in death by his paternal great grandmother, Connie Faye Lee; maternal great grandmother, Pearl B. Fowler; paternal grandmother, Ruth Lee; aunt, Erin Compton Baker and cousin, Riley Nicole Compton.
