Chester Mr. Michael Alexander Fulton, 72, died Friday, July 3, 2020 at his home. Due to the impact of Covid-19, the Fulton family will hold a Celebration of Life service at a later date. Mr. Fulton was born in Detroit, MI on September 28, 1947 and was the son of the late Vernon A. Fulton and Lillian Kamberg Fulton.He was a graduate of Clarkston High School in Clarkston, MI and attended Oakland Community College in Pontiac; MI. Mr. Fulton was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served during Vietnam. He was retired from McNaughton-McKay of Charlotte N.C and also Stantec of Charlotte, NC, and was currently employed with Clariant Chemical, of Mt. Holly, NC. Mike was an active volunteer at Historic Brattonsville and also the Museum of York County. He is survived by his wife of over 48 years, Deborah McHenry Fulton; two daughters, Leslie Nakhle ( Cindy Butkiewicz) of Charlotte, NC and Melanie Santizo ( George) of Chester, SC; four grandchildren, Gavin Santizo, Benjamin Nakhle, Michael Nakhle and Tyler Butkiewicz ; special nephew, Bradley M. Bridgers and family of Weddington, NC; special son-in-law, Riad Nakhle of Charlotte, NC; nieces, Kristen Greer, Susanne Zaborowski , Jennifer Greer, and Laurie Lang; nephew Kevin Lang.
