Michael Louis Burch

Chester, SC: Michael Louis Burch, 54, died Thursday, July 3, 2014 at his home. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Parkway Baptist Church with Reverend Jay Dorsey officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the home of his mother, Barbara L. Miller.Interment will be private. Mr. Burch was born in Mt Clemens, MI on August 23, 1959 and is the son of Barbara L. Miller and the late Charles Burch. He was a graduate of Anchor Bay High School and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Mr. Burch was formerly employed as a chef and enjoyed fishing and woodworking. In addition to his mother he is survived by one brother, Chuck Burch (Holly) of Chester, SC; one sister, Debbie Milz (John Alkenburg) and his nephew Aaron Milz (Sarah) all of Fayetteville, TN. Michael was preceded in death by his step-father, Don Miller. Memorials may be made to Parkway Baptist Church, 823 J.A. Cochran By-Pass, Chester, SC 29706.
