Maxine Tinsley Windsor

Chester, SC: Maxine Tinsley Windsor, 74, died Saturday February 1, 2020 at MUSC Chester. A memorial service will be held 11:00:00 AM Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Barron Funeral Home with Reverend Chase Catledge officiating. The family will receive friends also Wednesday at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Interment will be private. Mrs. Windsor was born in Woodruff, SC on November 22, 1945 and was a daughter of the late Horace and Dorothy (Kelly) Tinsley. She was a graduate of the schools of Chester County and was a former employee of Lowry’s One Stop. In addition to her parents Maxine was preceded in death by her brother Doug Tinsley.She is survived by three sons, Clifford Hopkins (Rhonda) of Richburg, SC; Billy Joe Hopkins (Patricia) and Edward Windsor all of Chester, SC; ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jeanette Britt and Nadine Yarborough(O’Neal) both of Chester, SC; brother, Marion Tinsley and several nieces and nephews.
