He was born May 3, 1957 in Clarksburg, West Virginia and was a son of the late Robert Kenneth Norman and Berenice Elizabeth Norman. Mr. Norman is survived by one daughter, Lori Ann Norman; one son, Benjimin Norman both of Louisville, KY; three sisters, Kathy Dawson and Anne Y.
