Chester Mrs. Mary “Tabby” Castles Bridges, 76, died Thursday, April 18, 2013, at Carolina Medical Center in Charlotte, NC.The funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 21, 2013, at First Baptist Church with Rev. Clay Waldrip officiating.Interment will follow in Chester Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 21, at First Baptist Church, 102 Church St., Chester, SC. Mrs. Bridges was born July 1, 1936 in Chester, SC and was a daughter of the late Claude Castles and Elma Bagley Castles.She was formerly employed as a manager at the Chester Credit Bureau and was a member of First Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of more than 35 years, Samuel B. Bridges and a sister, Frances Robinson of Chester.
