CHESTER ? Mrs. Mary Frances Jordan Sanders, 82, of Chester died Sunday, October 25, 2009 at her residence. A graveside will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Blackstock Presbyterian Church Cemetery, with Rev. Clay Waldrip and Rev. Michael Shaffer officiating. Born May 19, 1927 in Kershaw County, SC she was the daughter of the late Clinnie Jordan and Grace Nell McManus Jordan.She attended Blackstock School. She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn S. Clayton of Rock Hill, SC and Anne S. Laird of Lexington, SC; three sons, Jerry ?Troop? and his wife Terry, Billy and his wife Ann and Robbie and his wife Cindy Sanders all of Chester; nine grandchildren Bobby and Kelly Clayton of Rock Hill, SC, Chad Laird of Columbia, SC, Danny Laird of Dacula, Georgia, Anna Walker of Rock Hill, John Gabrial Sanders of Chester, Allison Sanders of Chester, Mary Ann Ernandez of Carlisle and Lance Corporal Ethan Lee Sanders of Camp Pendelton, CA and thirteen great grandchildren; three sisters, Dot Ray of Great Falls, Betty Bundrick of Lexington, SC and Linda Boulware of Hopkins, SC; three brothers, Billy Jordan of Camden, SC, Ray Jordan of Elgin, SC and Don ?Joe? Jordan of Davenport, Florida.She was a widow of the late J.W. Sanders and the late Henry Bass and preceded in death by a brother Grady L. Jordan.
