Martha Roof Collins

Chester Mrs. Martha Frances Roof Collins, 80, died Friday, November 26, 2021 at her home. All services are private. A celebration of life will be held at a future date. Mrs. Collins was born June 27, 1941 in Chester County, SC and was a daughter of the late Cluff Harrison Roof and Essie Caroline Branham. She attended Chester High School and was retired from Essex Corporation. Mrs. Collins was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She is survived by two children, Jamie Willard Allen (Tom) of Rock Hill, SC and James Robert Willard, Jr. (Diane) of Richburg, SC; two grandchildren, Caroline Allen of Rock Hill, SC and Catherine Allen Sengul (Ozan) of New York City, NY; and numerous nieces and nephews; one sister-in-law Karen Roof of Mauldin, SC; In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Benny Collins; one sister, Vivian Culp ; three brothers, Bill, Grover and Zebedee Roof.
