Marlyn "Molly" Taylor Robinson

Chester Mrs. Marlyn "Molly" Taylor Robinson, 69, died Thursday, August 25, 2022 at her home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, September 4, 2022 at Barron Funeral Home with Mr. Russell Gregory officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Sunday, September 4, 2022 at Barron Funeral Home. Interment will be private. Mrs. Robinson was born July 15, 1953 in Chester, SC and was a daughter of the late James Herbert Taylor and Mary McWaters Taylor. She attended the schools of Chester County and retired from Meritor in York, SC and she also had worked for Liner in Fort Mill, SC. Molly loved sitting on her porch watching her birds. She is survived by her husband of over 53 years, Glenn Robinson; one son, Michael Wayne Robinson (Candy) of Lancaster, SC; three grandchildren, Carleigh Robinson Roof (Zach), Mallory Robinson (fiancé Tyler) and Cody Robinson all of Chester, SC; one great-granddaughter, Aubreigh Roof of Chester, SC and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister, Christine Hunter. Memorials may be made to the family at Friends of the Animals, PO Box 58, Chester, SC 29706.
