Margie Taylor Kearse

Margie Caroline Taylor Kearse, 80, died Thursday, June 28, 2012 at her home. A funeral service will be held 4:00 P.M.Monday, July 2, 2012 at First Church of the Nazarene with Reverend John Porter officiating.The family will receive friends Sunday , July 1, 2012 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Barron Funeral Home. Interment will be held in Chester Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Kearse was born August 12, 1931 in Great Falls, SC. She was the daughter of the late Walter Furman Taylor and Vennie Hollis Taylor. She attended the schools of Hammond,Louisana and Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Mrs. Taylor was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene and a Homemaker. She is the widow of Robert Lee Kearse. She is survived by one son, Larry Kearse of Chester, SC ; two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, one great grandson and a sister, Betty T. Mobley of Shelby, N.C. Mrs. Taylor is preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters and a son Ronald Lee Kearse, Sr. Memorial may be made to First Church of the Nazarene, 182 Pinckney Street, Chester, SC 29706.
