Chester Mrs. Lucille Bowman Albert, 84, died Thursday, October 27, 2016, at Chester Regional Hospital.Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 30, at Parkway Baptist Church with Pastor Jay Dorsey officiating.Interment will follow at Chester Memorial Gardens.The family is receiving friends and family from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, October 29, at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester, SC. Mrs. Albert was born June 30, 1932 in Elberton, Georgia and was a daughter of the late Albert Lee Bowman and Willie Tuttle Bowman Smith.She retired from Springs Industries and was a member of Parkway Baptist Church. She is survived by five children, Donnie Albert, Linda Lathan, Diane Albert, Ralph Albert (Debra) all of Chester and Dalton Albert, Jr. (Brandy) of Blackstock; 15 grandchildren, Wendi Lathan Grote (Michael) of Trevose, PA, Lisa Sampair (Tim) of Raleigh, NC, Christy Ferrell (Clint) of Charleston, SC, Crystal Davis (Bobby) of Fort Mill, SC, Barbie Henry (Mike), Kelly Norris, Alex Flenniken (Crystal), Tracy Thompson (Benji), Mandy Darby, Ralph Albert, Jr. (Mandy), Brooke Varnadore (Chris), Crissy Reeves, Katlyn Albert, Haley Albert, and Emily Albert all of Chester, SC; 37 great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; and a sister, Inez Williams of Union, SC.Mrs. Albert was preceded in death by her husband, Dalton Albert; a daughter, Cathy Farrow; a granddaughter, Kera Cupp; two great grandsons, David Campbell and Ivan Robinson; a son-in-law, Toby Lathan; and a brother, Billy Crouch.
