CHESTER: Mrs. Louise Cole Farley, 89, formerly of Quail Hollow Circle, Chester, died Thursday, March 17, 2011 in Rock Hill, SC.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Chester A.R.P. Church with Rev. Clint Davis and Rev. Linda Jenkinsofficiating.Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 1:00 ? 1:45 PM on Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Chester A.R.P. Church, 159 Main St., Chester, SC. Mrs. Farley was born May 6, 1921 in Danville, Ky. and was a daughter of the late Oscar Lee Cole and Mary Ann Cole Philpot and the widow of William B. Farley, Sr.She attended the schools of Lexington, Ky. and was a member of Chester A.R.P. Church where she was active in various programs. She is survived by one son, Vick Farley and his fiancé? Maggie Thompson of Victoria, B.C.; one daughter, Sue Anderson and her husband Walt, Jr. of Chester, SC; a daughter-in-law, Mary Farley of Winston-Salem, NC; four grandchildren, Walt Anderson, III and his wife Bella of Chester, SC,Kathy Devlin and her husband Joe of Mass., Shawn Brier and her husband Chris of Vt., and Susan Ritchie and her husband Michael of Pa.; four great grandchildren, Jessica Cook and her husband Keith of Lancaster, Jeorjia Walker and her husband Steffan of Rock Hill, Griffin Ritchie and Connor Ritchie both of Pa., andTrisha and Matthew Devlin of Mass; andtwo great great grandchildren, Adri and Ava Cook of Lancaster, SC; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son William B. Farley, Jr. and twosisters, Evelyn Brumfield and Lillian E. Talbott.
