Chester Mr. Lonnie William Roberts, Jr., 63, died Thursday, July 9, 2015, at hishome.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, July 12, 2015, at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Shaffer officiating.Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, July 11, at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester, SC. Mr. Roberts was born September 28, 1951 in Chester, SC and was a son of the late Lonnie William Roberts, Sr. and Mazie Elizabeth Thompson Roberts.He was a graduate of Chester High School.Mr. Roberts was employed as a manager of ABC Party Time Package Store and formerly worked in textiles. He is survived by his wife, Wyrian G. Roberts; one son, Chris Roberts (Amber) of Chester; two daughters, Zoie Roberts and Lauren Chitwood both of Chester; six grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
