Linda Reid Allen Ratterree

CHESTER, SC: Mrs. Linda Reid Allen Ratterree, 53, died Friday, November 21, 2014 at her home.A graveside service will be held Sunday, November 23, 2014 at Mt.Prospect United Methodist Church with Rev. Ed Harris officiating.the family will receive friends immediately following the service at the residence, 3794 Fishing Creek Church Road, Chester. Born April 1, 1961 in Chester, South Carolina, Mrs. Ratterree was the daughter of Lula Ledford Reid and the late Charles Thomas Reid.She attended the schools of Lewisville and was retired from Goodwill Industries and was also formerly employed with Randolph Yarn.Mrs. Ratterree attended Lando Church of God. In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband of over thirty-two years, Rick Ratterree; one daughter, Shelley Ratterree Jackson (Jason) of Chester and one son, Thomas Glenn “Monk” Allen (Tressa) of Chester; three grandchildren, Hailee Lenora Allen of Edgemoor, Jason Jackson, Jr and , Mason Reid Allen both of Chester and one brother, Charles Thomas Reid, Jr. (Gail) of Richburg, SC and her best friends, Cheryl McCrorey and Neece Collazo both of Richburg.
