Chester, SC: Linda Craig High, 64, died Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at the home of her son. A Memorial Service will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, December 18, 2011 at Barron Funeral Home with Mr. Steven Carlton officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Barron Funeral Home. Interment will be private. Mrs. High was born on October 15, 1947 in Chester, SC. She was a daughter of the late Mary Edith Dove Craig and Francis L. Craig. Linda was a graduate of Chester High School and attended York Tech and was currently employed with Harris-Teeter on Celanese Road in Rock Hill.She appreciated a good bargin and enjoyed shopping yard sales and flea markets. Mrs. High is survived by her father, Francis L. Craig; one son, Steven Carlton and his wife Anita; one brother, Tommy Craig and six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren all of Chester, SC.
