Linda Darlene Yarborough Ferrell

Mrs. Linda Darlene Yarborough Ferrell, 64, died Sunday, March 10, 2024 . Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at Barron Funeral Home with Pastor Jonathan Pannell officiating. Interment will be in New Hope Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at Barron Funeral Home. Mrs. Ferrell was born March 14, 1959 in Chester, SC and was a daughter of the late Jessie Lindsay Yarborough and Tilda Elizabeth Roof. She was a graduate of Chester High School where she graduated with honors and was a homemaker. Darlene loved the beach; beach music and computer games and she loved dancing. Darlene loved her family and spending time with them. She is survived by her husband of over 49 years, Jerry Ferrell; two daughters, Sherry McCutcheon (Chucky) of Chester, SC and Michelle Smith (Rob) of Chester, SC; five grandchildren, Chucky McCutcheon II, Joshua McCutcheon, Skylar Smith, Brayden Smith and Mason Smith; one brother, Wayne Yarborough; one sister, Sharon Jordan all of Chester, SC; and her dogs whom she loved dearly, Susie and Sparky. She is preceded in death by Jessie and Elizabeth Yarborough and Robert and Johnny Yarborough.
