Wallace, 83, died Friday, April 16, 2010 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC.The funeral service will be 2:00 Monday, 19, 2010 at Barron Funeral Home with Reverend Ronnie Greene officiating.Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 6:00 ? 8:00 pm Sunday at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie Street, Chester. Born August 9, 1926 in Lancaster County, SC, Mr. Wallace was the son of the late Amos Martin Wallace and Lula Mae Vick Wallace.He attended the schools of Lancaster and Chester County and was retired from Springs Industries as a loom fixer.He attended the Saluda Street Church of God. He is survived by his wife Alice Mae Henson Wallace; one daughter, Patricia Hedgepath of Chester; two sons, Heyward Lewis Wallace and David Marion Wallace both of Blackstock; nine grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren and five great grandchildren Memorials may be made to Chester Active Day Center, 609 Columbia Road, Chester, SC 29706.
