Lesslie Able ?Buck? Paul, 83, of Chester died Saturday, September 18, 2010 at his residence. A memorial service will beheld at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at Barron Funeral Home with the Reverend Walter Mitchum, Reverend Chris Snelgrove, and Reverend Irvin Plowden. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie Street, Chester, SC. Born October 27, 1926 in Chester, Mr. Paul was a son of the late John Turner Paul and Mattie Thomas Paul. He attended the schools of Chester County and was a US Marine Corp Veteran during WWII and the Korean War. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to fish. Surviving are two sons Terry L. Paul and wife Deborah of FL. and Dean Paul of Chester; one brother Clarence Paul of Chester; two sisters Shirley Pope of York, SC and Edna Broom of Mathews, NC. Four Grandchildren and Eight Great-Grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter Judy Carol Paul.
