Blackstock Mrs. Kelly Yvette Benson, 47, died Thursday, November 29, 2018, at her home. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, December 3, 2018, at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Shaffer officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Monday, December 3, 2018, at Barron Funeral Home. Mrs. Benson was born June 16 1971 in Chester, SC and was a daughter ofGloria Jean Campbell Motes and the late Wayman M. Motes. She was a graduate of Chester County Schools and was formerly employed with Disaster Restorations. Kelly loved music, especially “Journey” and she loved her children and her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, John Mark Benson; her mother Gloria Jean Motes of York, SC; two daughters, Aundrea Benson and Amber Benson of Chester, SC; one granddaughter, Kaylee Williams of Chester, SC; one sister, Tracey Poling ( Dewayne) of York, SC; one niece, Britney McClinton of York, SC; one nephew, Billy Yarborough of York, SC; and one great niece, Makenzie McClinton of York, SC.
