Chester Katherine Dalphine Millwood Weaver, 72, died Friday, July 20, 2012 at Chester Regional Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 P.M. Monday, July 23, 2012 atFirst Baptist Church Lowry’s with Reverend Michael Shaffer officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. Sunday, July 22, 2012 at Barron Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Born June 12, 1940 in Gastonia,North Carolina, Mrs. Weaver was the daughter of the late Douglas Millwood and Sue Arnold Millwood. She attended the schools of Fort Mill, South Carolina and was retired from Springs Industries as a Spooler. She was a member of First Baptist Church Lowry’s. Mrs. Weaver is survived by her husband of over fifty-two years, Johnny G Weaver; a son, Douglas Gaston Weaver and wife Brenda; three daughters, Kay DeHart, Debra Dunham and husband Melvin and Suzzane Slack and husband Red; eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and two sisters, Dolly Mathews and Diane Boulware and husband Monty all of Chester.
