Justin Tyler Couch, 29, died Sunday, March 26, 2023. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM, Thursday, March 30, 2023 at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Gaston officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at Barron Funeral Home until 8:00 PM. Justin was born July 28, 1993 in Rock Hill, SC and was a son of David Thomas Couch and Vickie Roberts Voegeli. He was a graduate of Chester High School and attended Piedmont Technical College in Greenwood, SC. Justin was employed with Prices Metal Shop in Ridge Springs, SC and worked with Bolands Ace Hardware in Chapin, SC. As a youngster Justin loved baseball and soccer, as he grew older, he loved to go fishing and sketch and he developed a passion for welding. He had a magnetic personality where people and even strangers were drawn to his warm heart and kind spirit. He will be remembered for his wonderful one-liners and his beautiful smile that would light up a room. In addition to his parents he is survived by one brother, Trent Couch, (Heather) of Chester, SC and his niece, Ellie Couch; his step-mother, Lisa Voegeli of Prosperity, SC; paternal grandmother, Carol C. McWaters of Chester, SC; maternal grandmother, Brenda Loving Roberts of Chester, SC and his beloved dog “Reggie” Memorials may be made to Carolina Center for Recovery ,7349 Statesville Road, Charlotte, NC 28269.
