Chester Miss. Julia Amanda Love, 86, died Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at MUSC Health Nursing Centerin Chester, SC. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Williams and Rev. Jeff Goulish officiating. Interment will following in Chester Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Barron Funeral Home. Miss. Love was born November, 27 1932 , in Chester, SC and was a daughter of the late John Love and Lillie Younge Love. She attended the schools of Chester County and was retired from Springs Industries and also worked for Chester Sportswear. Miss. Love was a member of West Chester Baptist Church. She enjoyed bowling and softball. She is survived by one brother, Johnny Love of Chester, SC; one niece, Gail Graham, of Chester, SC; one nephew,Mickey Love (Pam) of Chester, SC; Miss Love was also instrumental in raising her great-nieces and nephews. Miss. Love was preceded in death by one brother, Alex “Buck” Love. Memorials may be made to West Chester Baptist Church , 1898 Pinckney Rd, Chester, SC 29706.
