Chester Mrs. Joyce Carolyn Crenshaw Greenwood, 81, died Thursday, November 23, 2017, at her home.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, November 26, at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. David Sealy officiating.Interment will follow in the church cemetery.The family will receive friends immediately following the service on Sunday in the social hall of the church. Mrs. Greenwood was born February 23, 1936 in Chester, SC and was a daughter of the late Thomas Hoyt Crenshaw and Georgia Bullard Crenshaw.She attended the schools of Chester County and was formerly employed with Springs Industries and Essex of Chester.Mrs. Greenwood was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Brenda Wilks of Chester, Jan Miller (Dennis) of Tega Cay and Jerry Greenwood, III (Noelle) of Chester; five grandchildren, Jason Wilks (Tonya) of Chester, Paige McKeown (J.) of Charlotte, NC, Jennifer Fling (Chuck) of Fort Mill, Dr. Jared Miller of Charleston and Sgt. 1st Class Justin Miller of Hope Mills, NC; nine great grandchildren, J. Wriley McKeown of Charlotte, Wyatt Fling of Fort Mill, Emma Kate McKeown of Charlotte, Georgia Fling of Fort Mill, Davis Miller of Rock Hill, Ford McKeown of Charlotte, and Caroline Wilks, John Crawford Wilks and Levi Wilks all of Chester; two sisters, Juanita Hedgepath and Glenda Lawson (Glenn) both of Chester; and one brother, Don Crenshaw (Pam) of Rock Hill.Mrs. Greenwood was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry E. Greenwood, Jr. and a son-in-law Crawford Wilks.
