Mr. Johnnie Robert Morrison, 78, died Monday, December 4, 2023 at his home. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Friday December 8, 2023 at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Kevin Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Chester Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM also Friday, December 8, 2023 at Barron Funeral Home. Mr. Morrison was born October 25, 1945 in Chester, SC and was a son of the late John Morrison and Jiner Hord Morrison. He attended the schools of Chester County and was owner operator of Morrison Plumbing. He was a member of First Baptist Church Blackstock. He is survived by his daughter, Karen Lee of Chester, SC; grandson, Steven Porter (Brittany) of Sharon, SC; two great-grandson’s, Dustin Patrick Porter and Kane Porter both of Blackstock, SC and his fiancée Linda Robinson Farmer. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of over 43 years, Jeanette Yvonne Lee Morrison, and his sister, Peggy Littlejohn.
