Richburg: Mr. John Wesley Mullinax, Jr., 63, died Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at his residence.A memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. Saturday, January 14, 2012 at Tabernacle Ministries with Rev. Kenneth Compton and Bishop David Levister officiating.The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church. Born May 25, 1948 in Chester, SC, Mr. Mullinax was the son of the late John Wesley Mullinax, Sr and Lottie Bell Schultz Mullinax.He attended the schools of Chester County and was retired from Harris Painting in Union, SC.He attended Tabernacle Ministries and was pleased to be part of a church mission team traveling to Haiti in 1982. He is survived by one son, John W. "Butch? Mullinax, III of Richburg; one daughter, Cindy Mullinax Horton of Richburg; seven grandchildren, Chassidy Mullinax, Cierra Catoe, Tiffany Roof, Cade Mullinax, Nikki Roof, Whitney Cooper, and Christopher Horton; four great grandchildren, Johniah Williams, Marshall McCarty, Cayson Mullinax, Harmonie Roof and one sister, Mona Windham of Chester.
