John Roger Patrick, Jr.

John Roger Patrick Jr. the eldest son of the late John and Mary Ann Patrick born on October 15,1962 in Chester, SC went to his heavenly home on Tuesday August 22,2023. A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, August 26, 2023 at West Side Baptist Church with Reverend Gene Gaston officiating. The family will receive friends also Saturday at the church from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. John attended Chester County Schools. He was employed by Pro Windows and Siding (Daryl Boyd)for over 20 years. John was a member of Westside Baptist Church. He loved God and reading his bible. John also loved his family and friends, the beach, fishing, and his fur baby Charlie. John leaves behind his beloved wife of 41 years Wanda Kirkland Patrick; five children; John (Cheyenne), Andrew, Leroy, Alicia (Cleon), and Stephen; six grandchildren Tyler (Kyleigh), Trenten, Marayah, Quinten, Zachary, and Lilianah; one great granddaughter Journey; two honorary granddaughters Paisley and Emma; five siblings Teresa (Dave) Johnson of Chester, Debra (Hughie) Ernandez of Richburg, Karen (Chris) Horne of Richburg, Scott Taylor of Ponte Verde Beach FL. Ricky (Roxanne) of Chester; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and lifelong friend Tim Rash. In addition to his parents John was preceded in death by two nephews Corey Enix and James White, and one infant grandson Malachi.
