Chester Mr.John Wylie Curry, 76, died Thursday, June 9, 2016, at his home.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, June 12, in the sanctuary of Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church with Rev. Matt Horne officiating.Interment will follow in the church cemetery.The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Sunday in the social hall of the church. Mr. Curry was born July 9, 1939 in Chester, SC and was a son of the late George W. Curry and Mattie Inez Dove Curry.He was a graduate of Chester High School, a former member of the SC Army National Guard and retired from Zenith Engraving.Mr. Curry was a member of Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church. He is survived by a dear aunt, Carrie C. Boyd, numerous cousins, and his caregivers, Tim and Linda Montgomery.
