Mr. Jerome J. ?Jerry? Swygart, 69, died Friday, June 18, 2010.The funeral will be 4:00 PM Monday, June 21, 2010 at Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church with Rev. Matt Horne officiating.Interment will be in the church cemetery.The family will receive friends from 6:00 ? 8:00 PM Sunday at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie Street, Chester. Born January 24, 1941 in Decatur, Indiana, Mr. Swygart was a son of the late Henry and Mildred Hindenlang Swygart.He was a graduate of Decatur High School in Decatur, Indiana and was a retired truck driver from Inland Container after thirty-eight years of service.He was a member of Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church where he was an Elder.He was also a member of Blackstock Masonic Lodge # 180, Hejaz Shrine and the Chester Shrine Club. He is survived by his wife Janie Boyd Swygart; one son, Jeff Swygart and his wife Melinda of Blackstock; two grandchildren, Logan and Adam Swygart both of Blackstock; three sisters, Lulu Bell McIntosh and Kate Clack of Chester and Mary Ann Jones of Blackstock; one brother, Don Swygart of Decatur, Indiana.He was preceded in death by his sister, Joan S.
