Jerry Wayne Dove

CHESTER: Mr. Gerald Wayne ?Jerry? Dove, Sr., 56, of 3189 Stone Road passed away Monday, September 1, 2008 as the result of an automobile accident. A native of Chester, SC , Mr. Dove was the son of the late George Hennis Dove, Sr. and Louise Lyle Dove.He was a graduate of Chester High School and was employed with McKenzie Tank Lines as terminal manager. A graveside service was held at 6:00 PM Wednesday at Chester Memorial Gardens with Reverend Jeff Wiliams officiating. Surviving are his wife, Brenda Dove of Rock Hill, two daughters, Jennifer Robinson of Chester, SC and Angie Hackley of Baltimore, MD, two step-daughters, Kerry Lynn Riley and Christie Cooper both of Rock Hill, SC, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, one brother, George Hennis Dove, Jr. of Georgia and one sister, Linda Snead of Chester, SC. Mr. Dove was preceded in death by a son, Jerry Wayne Dove. The family will receive friends anytime at the home.
