Rock Hill Mr. Jearl Dee Crocker, 81, died Saturday, May 21, 2016, at Rock Hill Acute Care Center.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Green and Rev. Joe Crawford officiating.Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Rock Hill. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester, SC. Mr. Crocker was born April 19, 1935 in Jack, Alabama and was a son of the late Benjamin Crocker and Etta Moore Crocker.He attended Troy High School in Troy Alabama and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.He was retired from Food Lion and also Wheaton Industries.Mr. Crocker attended Harvest Time Ministries.He was an ordained minister. He is survived by his wife of over 36 years, Mima Lee Johnson Crocker; five children, Reuben James “R.J.” Lewis (Cheryl) of Rock Hill, Shirley Weinberg of Rock Hill, Tammy Lewis of Chester, Dwayne Lewis (Donna) of Indiana, and Ervin Lewis of Newport, TN; ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren; one brother, Ferrell Crocker of Tempe, AZ; nieces Gwendolyn Churchill of Georgia and Terry Small of Michigan; and a number of other nieces and nephews.Mr. Crocker was preceded in death by a son, Brian Lewis; two brothers, Travis Crocker and Jerome Crocker; and three sisters, Bunice Waite, Vonnie Biddle ad Vivian Butler.
