Jasmine Shenea "Jazzy" Soles

Loris, SC Jasmine Shenea "Jazzy" Soles. Jazzy was born on November 9, 2001 in Loris SC. She remained a resident of Loris her whole life. Jazzy was diagnosed with severe cerebral palsy at a young age. Despite her challenges, she touched so many lives around her and was deeply loved by everyone. She has a smile that could light up a room and eyes that would melt your heart. Unable to speak actual words, she had her own way of letting you know her thoughts, needs, wants and emotions. Her melody of babbling, irresistible smiles, various facial expressions and persistent body language could tell it all. Her laugh had to be the most contagious and her will to fight was relentless. She loved to cuddle and "get sugars" but would let you know when enough was enough. Music was her absolute favorite thing. Jasmine was the purest, most innocent little angel. Even her final moments were spent in her favorite spot, her Mama's arms. She passed away peacefully at Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital MUSC in Charleston SC on January 22, 2023. Her family cherishes her every memory and thanks God for allowing them the blessing of the beautiful gift of her life. Jasmine is survived by her parents, Jessica Tyler Brown and Brendon Forrest Soles; her step dad, Trey Brown and step mother, Jessica Faircloth; two siblings, Savannah Soles and Gracelynn Soles; grandparents, Richard and Milly Tyler and Wayne and Deborah Johnson; great grandparents, Tommy and Barbara Causey, Geneva Tyler and Douglas Williamson; four uncles John Richard Tyler, Jason Fowler, Victor Morales and Emmanuel Morales; two aunts, Angela Duncan and Evelyn Morales; and her cousins, Jeremy Tyler, Aiden Csondor, Yohanna Muniz, Malakai Muniz, Blythe Muniz, Jamie Duncan, Richie Duncan, Justin Soles, L.B. Neer and Seth Neer. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Regina Doyle and Covell Soles; her great grandparents, U.T. and Joann Norris and John Davis Tyler; and an uncle, Scotty Soles. Please come and share memories with the family and pay condolences at Lake Swamp Baptist Church on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 26, with Rev. Dwayne Nobles and Rev. Mike Mathew officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
