Chester Ms. Janice Lee Welch, 68, died Saturday, November 11, 2017, at Piedmont Medical Center.Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 15, at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Hinson officiating.Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 14, at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester, SC. Ms. Welch was born January 2, 1949 in Chester County, SC and was a daughter of the late William Welch and Ruby Sinclair Welch.She was a graduate of Chester High School and retired from Mack Truck and U.A.W. She is survived by four sons, Alan Black of Chester, William Black of Camden and Charles Brawley and Paul Brawley both of Pensacola, Fl.; ten grandchildren, Samantha, Andrew, Brandon, Billy, Josh, Brittany, Chelsea, Blake, Dillon and Tanner; one great granddaughter, Addy Grace; and one brother, Sidney Welch.
