Blackstock Mrs. Jane Moser Arnold, 61, died Monday, December 12, 2016, at her home.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at Trinity Presbyterian Church with Rev. Rick Wheeler officiating.Interment will follow in Chester Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, December 13, at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester, SC. Mrs. Arnold was born December 23, 1954 in Chester County, SC and was a daughter of the late Heyward Orr Moser and Marilyn Lefendahl Moser.She was a graduate of Chester High School and Winthrop College.Mrs. Arnold was retired from the Department of Social Services and was currently employed with Palmetto Citizens Against Sexual Abuse as a victims advocate.She was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband of over 36 years, Robert P. “Bobby” Arnold; two daughters, Kathryn “Katie” Arnold of Rock Hill and Elizabeth Arnold Rallings (Eric) of Blackstock; one granddaughter, Miss Janie Ann Rallings due to be born in April; one sister, Lynne Spigner (Steve) of Rock Hill; and one nephew, Scott Spigner of California.Mrs. Arnold was preceded in death by a brother, H.O. “Woody” Moser.
