James Randolph "Randy" Vinson

Mr. James Randolph “Randy” Vinson, 63, died Sunday February 23, 2020 at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill, SC.The family has chosen not to have a service at this time. Mr. Vinson was born July 04, 1956 in Chester County, SC and was a son of the late Jack Vinson, Jr. and Carol Martine Thomas Vinson. He was a graduate of Rock Hill High School, a Veteran of the U.S. Navy and was formerly employed with McColl’s Drilling in Charlotte, NC. Randy had a great love for cars of all kind, he also enjoyed racing. He loved to fish and he especially loved to play Santa Claus at Christmas time. He was a member of Heath Memorial United Methodist Church in Lando, SC. He is survived by one sister; Wanda Kaye Vinson of Chester, SC; one nephew, Dennis Carter (Susan) of Powder Springs, GA; Mr. Vinson was preceded in death by his sister Iris Vinson Carter.
