Saturday, January 9, 2010 at Barron Funeral Home withRev.Michael Shaffer officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Born March 29, 1951, in Chester, SC, a son of the late James Harold and Betty Baker McCormick. He was a graduate of Chester High School and a member of Uriel Presbyterian Church. Surviving are his wife Julie A. McCormick, one daughter Casey McCormick of Myrtle Beach,SC, one son Kelly McCormick and wife Brandi of Seneca, SC, four grandchildren Haylee Cooper, Lindsey, Abby, and Emma McCormick, four brothers James H. McCormick of Chester, Donnie McCormick of Chester, Mickey Varnadore of Boston, Calvin Cope of Edgemoor, one sister Candy McCormick of Chester and a number of nieces and nephews.
