CHESTER Mr. Jack Edward Neal, 76, died Monday, April 11, 2011 at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill, SC.The funeral service will be 11:00 AM Thursday at Chester First Baptist Church with Rev. Clay Waldrip officiating.Interment will be in Neelys Creek ARP Church Cemetery in Rock Hill.The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday at Barron Funeral Home. Born August 23, 1934 in Cherokee County, SC, Mr. Neal was a son of the late John L. and Amanda Gertrude Foster Neal.He was a graduate of Gaffney High School and also York Technical College.He was a US Army veteran having been stationed in Korea andretired from Hoechst-Celanese with thirty years service as a research technician.He was a member of Chester First Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of over fifty-four years, Frances Easler Neal; two daughters, Sharyn N. Zelenak and her husband Jim of Hickory Grove, SC and Jaci N. Totherow and her husband Kevin of Greer, SC; four grandsons, Matt Totherow, Zach Totherow and David Totherow all of Greer, SC and Greg Zelenak of Hickory Grove, SC; one brother, Roy M. Neal of Wilmington, NC and one sister, Betty N. Parker of Gaffnery, SC. Memorials may be made to Wayne T.
