Mrs. Idell Faile McNinch, 90, formerly of Chester, died Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at Magnolia Manor in Rock Hill, SC. The family will receive friends from 12:00 ? 1:00 PM Saturday at Barron Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 1:00 PM Saturday, August 27, 2011 at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Lester Parrish officiating with the interment to follow at Grandview Memorial Park in Rock Hill, SC. Born October 5, 1920 in Lancaster County, SC, Mrs. McNinch was a daughter of the late William and Myrtle Taylor Faile.She attended the schools of York County and was a member of the V.F.W and New Hope United Methodist Church.She was retired from Chester Sportswear as an inspector and was the widow of Thomas C. McNinch. She is survived by one daughter, Elaine F. Furr and her husband Jimmy of Rock Hill, SC; one son, Charles P. Ferguson and his wife Trisha of Auburn, AL; four grandchildren, Tiffany Morrison and Sharlene Fudge both of Rock Hill, SC, Ashley Ferguson of Lawrenceville, GA and Chase Ferguson of Atlanta, GA and six great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by three sisters and four brothers. The family would like to send a special thank you to the employees of Magnolia Manor for their compassionate care shown to Mrs. McNinch.
