Mr. Henry Lewis Sanders, 79, died Wednesday,December 1, 2010 .The funeral will be 2:00 PM Friday, December 3, 2010 at Blackstock Presbyterian Church with Rev. Jesse Hegler officiating.The interment will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 PM Friday at Blackstock Presbyterian Church. Born November 22, 1931 in Fairfield County, SC, Mr. Sanders was a son of the late Walter Brice Sanders and Katherine Lewis Foutz Sanders.He was a graduate of Blackstock High School and employed with Blackstock Post Office as a rural mail carrier and also retired from South Carolina Department of Transportation as an office clerk.He was a US Army veteran during the Korean War and a member of Blackstock Presbyterian Church where he served as an Elder. He is survived by one sister, Mary Crawford and her husband Lewis of Fort Lawn, SC and numerous nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by four brothers, J.W. Sanders, Joe C. Sanders, William B. Sanders and Bobby Lee Sanders.
