Hazel Faircloth Ellis

Chester Mrs. Hazel Faircloth Ellis, 93, died Thursday, April 7, 2022, at Rock Hill Post Acute Care Center.A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, April 9, 2022, at Chester Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside. Mrs. Ellis was born May 20, 1928 in Lumberton, NC and was a daughter of the late Carlie Faircloth and Ruth Ann Cartrette Faircloth.She attended the schools of Lumberton, NC and was retired from Springs Industries Eureka Plant.Mrs. Ellis was a member of Westside Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Judy Moore (Allen) of Richburg and Barbara Ellis of Rock Hill; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ellis was preceded in death by husband, Theodore Ellis; a daughter, Deanna Ferrell; a stepson, Ted Ellis; a great grandson, Luca Gonzales; and one sister and two brothers.
