Glenna Jean Walker Ferrell

Chester Mrs. Glenna Jean Walker Ferrell, 78, died Saturday, December 9, 2023, at her home. All services will be private. Mrs. Ferrell was born August 13, 1945 in West Virginia and was a daughter of the late Lyndel Walker and Ethel Baldwin Walker. She attended Carlsbad Cavern High School in New Mexico and was retired from Schumacher & Co. as a seamstress. Glenna enjoyed reading, puzzles and baking. She also enjoyed watching the birds and playing with her grandchildren. She is survived by two children, Brian Ferrell, Sr. and Christy Dawn Ferrell both of Chester, SC; two grandchildren, Brian Ferrell, Jr. (Breanna) of Fort Lawn, SC and Brett Ferrell (Bree) of Akron, OH; three great grandchildren, Hallie Ferrell, Walker Ferrell and Cyrus Ferrell; one brother, Buddy Walker of Florida; one sister, Brenda Rowe of Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Glenna was preceded in death by her husband, Erine Ferrell; a sister, Jenny Walker; and two brothers, Dwayne Walker and Danny Walker.
