Tampa, Florida Ms. Glenda Bickett Martin, 69, died October 7, 2012 in Tampa, Florida.A graveside service memorial service will be held 4:00 PM Saturday, June 15, 2013 at Evergreen Cemetery with Mr. Billy Lindsey officiating.The family will receive friends from 3:00 – 3:45 pm Saturday at Barron Funeral Home. Born October 30, 1942 in Chester, SC Mrs. Martin was the daughter of the late Glenn and Janie Weir Bickett.She was a graduate of Chester High School and attended Winthrop University.She was retired from First Florida Bank as a supervisor in the credit card division and a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Chester, SC. She is survived by one daughter, Cynthia Ruth “Cindy” Corkum and one son, James Richard “Rick” Martin and his wife Mindy all of Tampa, FL; one brother, Glenn A. “Al” Bickett, Jr and one sister, Marilyn B. Crocker and her husband Chuck all of Chester and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
