Gerald Scott Perrigan CHESTER:Gerald Scott Perrigan, 13,died Thursday March 19, 2009 at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday at First Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. John Porter, the Rev. Clay Waldrip, and the Rev. Michael Shaffer officiating.Interment will follow at Chester Memorial Gardens. Born July 6, 1995 in Chester, Gerald is a son of Timothy Wayne and Toni Keenon Perrigan.He attended First Church of the Nazarene and was an honor roll student at Chester Middle School.He was also a member of Academic Challenge and Kings Crew, and he was on the Chemtrade Pony League Baseball team. Surviving are his parents, Tim and Toni Perrigan; brother, Alex Perrigan of Chester; maternal grandmother, Sarah Keenon of Chester; paternal grandparents, Harrel and Agnes Perrigan of Rock Hill; paternal great-grandmother, Alice Lyons of Bluff City, TN; two aunts, Sonia Roof and her husband Keith of Chester and Patricia Burris of Rock Hill; and an uncle, Richard Perrigan of McConnells.He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Harvey L. Keenon and an aunt, Ann Keenon. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie Street, Chester.
