Mr. Bittner was born November 21, 1955 in Pittsburgh, PA and was a son of the late Elmer Bittner and Frances Wrought Bittner. He was formerly employed as an installer with Dish Network and was a Veteran of the US Army. He is survived by his wife Gloria Ann Bernardi Bittner; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
