Gene C. Matthews

Richburg Gene C. Matthews, 70, of Richburg, originally from Richmond, VA, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Chester Regional Medical Center. Mr. Matthews was a son of the late Marvin and Gene C. Stratton Matthews. He was a retired Packaging Engineer. Surviving are his wife Jean Young Matthews; children: MuffyBarden (Tommy) of Powhatan, VA, Gene C. Matthews, II (Nickie) of Blacksburg, VA, Amanda Muldoon (Michael) of Mahopac, NY; stepchildren: Susan Simpson (David) of Glen Aubrey, NY, Douglas Seibold (Marla) of Evanston IL, Nancy Presswood (Randall) of Bloomsburg, PA and David Seibold of Massapequa, NY; grandchildren Lindsey and Trey Barden, Romy Matthews, Sylum Mastropaolo, Rebekah Muldoon, Bryan and Sarah Simpson, Zachary and Lanie Presswood, Jane and George Seibold; a brother Stuart Matthews (Jacqueline) of Richmond, VA.
