Fred Irwin Garrison

Mr. Fred Irwin Garrison, 80, died Saturday, February 25, 2012 at Chester Regional Nursing Center. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, February 27, 2012 at Lakeview Memorial Gardens in York, SC with the Reverend Keith Hinson officiating. Born August 24, 1931 in Gaston County, North Carolina, he was a son of the late John and Ethel Brewer Garrison. Mr. Garrison was a member of Woodward Baptist Church. He is survived by a brother Howard Garrison; two sisters, Mary Slack and Joann Sherer; a nephew, Gene W. Garrison, Jr.; a niece Jeannie McCormick and her husband James. He was preceded in death by three brothers Donald Garrison, Johnny Garrison and Gene W. Garrison.
